Return policy for customers of RAVAFOL SK2, s.r.o.
The Return Policy regulates the rights and obligations of RAVAFOL, s.r.o. and its customers in the field of goods complaints, based on the Civil Code, the Commercial Code and the Consumer Protection Act.
RAVAFOL, s.r.o. is responsible for defects that the sold goods have when taken over by the buyer (according to §619 of the Civil Code) and for defects that occur after taking over the item during the warranty period. The warranty period is 24 months (according to §620 of the Civil Code) and starts from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer (according to §621 of the Civil Code). For items sold at a lower price due to a defect, the warranty period is 24 months, RAVAFOL, s.r.o. however, it is not liable for a defect for which a lower price was agreed (according to §619 of the Civil Code). The warranty period for used items (eg demonstration model) is 12 months. By making a statement in the guarantee certificate / tax document issued to the buyer or in the advertisement, RAVAFOL, s.r.o. provide a guarantee exceeding the scope of the guarantee stipulated by law, while the conditions and scope of this guarantee shall be specified in the guarantee certificate / tax document.
3. APPLICATION OF THE COMPLAINT
If the buyer requests to stamp the warranty card / tax document directly on the day of sale, the seller is obliged to confirm this warranty card / tax document and test the functionality of the sold goods directly at the buyer’s request, if the nature of the matter allows (according to §616 of the Civil Code). . The buyer thus loses the right to a free exchange of goods or a refund if the complaint is made within 14 days and the procedure is as in point 3.c). The right of the buyer to exchange the item and return the money (withdrawal from the purchase contract) according to § 622 par. 2 and § 623 of the Civil Code. Act. it is not affected.
3.a) If the buyer wants to file a complaint within 14 days from the date of purchase, the seller will confirm the warranty card / tax document only after 14 days from the date of purchase after submitting the proof of purchase and proceed as in point 4 (exception point 5 of the Complaints Procedure).
3.b) The buyer has 14 days from the date of purchase to test the functionality of the product (only one-time testing, not intensive use for 14 days). If the buyer finds that the goods are non-functional or incomplete and therefore makes a complaint within 14 days from the date of purchase, the seller will decide on the complaint immediately, in difficult cases within three working days. The time required for a professional assessment of the defect by a RAVAFOL, s.r.o. service technician is not included in this period. However, the settlement of the complaint may not take longer than 30 days. If the complaint is justified within 14 days and the complaint conditions according to point 4 are met, the seller will exchange these goods for new ones, or complete them or return the money.
3.c) If the defect manifests itself only after 14 days from the date of sale of the goods, the buyer exercises the right to repair in the operation of RAVAFOL, s.r.o., where he finds addresses and telephone contacts on the web domain. Other rights from liability for defects, i. the right to exchange things, the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and the right to a reasonable discount, the buyer exercises with the seller.
3.d) Repair of the claimed product during the warranty period will be performed free of charge and without undue delay (according to §622 of the Civil Code).
3.e) The rights from the liability for defects of the goods for which the warranty period applies expire if they have not been exercised during the warranty period (according to §626 of the Civil Code).
4. GENERAL COMPLAINTS CONDITIONS
4.a) the original guarantee certificate / tax document is presented,
4.b) proof of payment is submitted,
4.c) the goods meet all other conditions for a warranty claim stated in the warranty card / tax document (physically undamaged, undamaged by a natural event, intact seals, etc.)
RAVAFOL, s.r.o. is not responsible for any loss of data and information during repairs in an authorized service center. The buyer is obliged to back up all data and data (working and configuration files) from the claimed goods.
5. SPECIAL COMPLAINTS CONDITIONS FOR COMPLAINTS WITHIN 14 DAYS
When submitting the goods in order to file a complaint within 14 days, the following conditions must be met by the complainant:
5.a) the claimed goods are in the original undamaged packaging with complete accessories (the original packaging consists of components upon delivery of the goods),
5.b) the claimed goods must not show signs of use,
5.c) an unconfirmed guarantee certificate is submitted,
5.d) proof of payment is submitted,
5.e) the goods meet all other conditions for warranty claims stated in the warranty card (physically undamaged, undamaged by natural disasters, intact seals, etc.).
6. SERVICE OBLIGATIONS TO THE COMPLAINANT
6.a) In the case of a defect that can be removed, the buyer (complainant) has the right to free, timely and proper removal.
6.b) The buyer may, instead of eliminating the defect, request an exchange of the item or, if the defect concerns only a part of the item, a replacement of the part, if the seller does not incur disproportionate costs due to the price of the goods or the severity of the defect.
6.c) If it is a defect that cannot be removed, the buyer has the right to exchange the goods or return the money (withdrawal from the contract) (according to §623 of the Civil Code).
6.d) If the same defect has reappeared on the product after repair, or a larger number of defects at the same time, the customer also has the right to exchange the goods or return the money during the warranty period (according to §623 of the Civil Code). Recurrence of defects after repair means a situation where the same defect occurs after at least two previous repairs (in the interest of expedited handling of the complaint, we recommend that the buyer has a written confirmation from the service of the third occurrence of the same defect). At least three different remediable defects are considered to be a large number of defects at the same time, each of which prevents proper use.
6.e) The period from the exercise of the right of liability for defects until the time when the buyer was obliged to take over the item after the repair is completed does not count towards the warranty period. If the exchange takes place, the warranty period begins to run again from the receipt of the new goods (according to §627 of the Civil Code).
6.f) If the service center does not repair the claimed goods within the warranty period within 30 days, the product is considered unrepairable and provision 8. c) applies (according to §19 paragraph 4 of the Consumer Protection Act).
7. OTHER COMPLAINTS CONDITIONS
The customer must visually inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. He is entitled not to accept the goods if there is visible mechanical damage on them obviously caused by transport or if the goods are incomplete. In this case, he is obliged to write a damage report with the driver or refuse to accept the consignment. Mechanical damage to the product in undamaged packaging must be reported immediately upon receipt and should not be used. Subsequent complaints of this nature will not be accepted with regard to the carrier’s complaint conditions. In the event of a complaint, the usual complaint procedure set out in the Complaints Procedure for RAVAFOL s.r.o. In the event that the claimed defect was caused by the customer – damage to the product, improper use or improper handling, the customer is obliged to reimburse the seller for all costs associated with handling the complaint. The company RAVAFOL s.r.o. is not responsible for defects caused by mechanical damage to the product, operation of the product in unsuitable conditions, intervention in the product by an authorized person (RAVAFOL s.r.o. service), or which were caused by a natural disaster or incorrect supply voltage.
