The right to delete personal data

You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data that we process, provided that the following conditions are met and does not affect the data that we are required by law to retain (eg invoices):

  • Personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were obtained and processed
  • You revoke your consent on the basis of which the personal data were processed and there is no other legal basis for the processing of personal data
  • Personal data has been processed illegally
    The reason for deletion is the fulfillment of an obligation under a law, special regulation or an international agreement
  • This is the personal data of a person under the age of 16

  • you object to the accuracy of the personal data until the accuracy of the personal data is verified
  • the processing of your personal data is illegal
